I’m Lisi, an experienced Business Consultant, Manager-Integrator, and Expansion Coach. I help ambitious, impact-driven Visionary Entrepreneurs optimize their business (and themselves) so they can expand their reach, impact and profits in less time with less stress.
Over and over again, I’ve watched motivated business owners struggle in the attempt to scale to create the life they dream of and have the impact they desire.
I started studying exactly what separated the companies that ignited from the ones that fizzled.
It all starts with optimizing your business by identifying the gaps you have in your business structure, then closing the gaps by implementing the solid foundations, and scalable structures designed to support your growth and expansion.
This is the secret I wish every entrepreneur knew. With the right foundations, systems, structures and support in place, you can have balance, ease and a thriving business.
How Do I Know This?
Because I’ve been burnt out – a lot. I left the corporate world in 2002 after 15 years because I was exhausted and desperately needed work-life balance. So I struck out on my own, building a business as a consultant for 6 and 7-figure companies — they would bring me in to clean up huge messes that had been building for years, and finally were reaching breaking points.
Then, I burnt out again trying to expand my own business.
I’ve seen just about every way a promising business can fall into the river as it’s trying to expand.
And over the course of several years of swimming against the current on rescue missions for these drowning businesses, I wished for just one thing:
I wished that I could catch those businesses before they fell into the river!
It’s so much easier (and cost-effective) to expand and scale from a firm foundation on the bank than it is when you’re already waterlogged, pushed around by the rapids and gasping for air.
Today, I help expanding businesses stay high and dry from the beginning, so they can scale sustainably and stay afloat as they venture into new territory. But the secret of success is to begin much earlier than you think you need to.
My Comprehensive Approach
I developed a comprehensive, strategic and systematic 4-part Business Optimization Process process called PACE. 1) Perform a Business Gap Analysis 2) Analyze the results 3) Create a plan to close the gaps 4) Execute the plan. But that’s not all.
